09-11:5†††† And, behold, Saul came after the herd out of the field; and Saul said, What aileth the people that they weep? And they told him the tidings of the men of Jabesh.
09-14:1†††† Now it came to pass upon a day, that Jonathan the son of Saul said unto the young man that bare his armour, Come, and let us go over to the Philistinesí garrison, that is on the other side. But he told not his father.

09-19:11††† Saul also sent messengers unto Davidís house, to watch him, and to slay him in the morning: and Michal Davidís wife told him, saying, If thou save not thy life to night, to morrow thou shalt be slain.
09-19:18††† So David fled, and escaped, and came to Samuel to Ramah, and told him all that Saul had done to him. And he and Samuel went and dwelt in Naioth.
09-19:19††† And it was told Saul, saying, Behold, David is at Naioth in Ramah.
09-19:21††† And when it was told Saul, he sent other messengers, and they prophesied likewise. And Saul sent messengers again the third time, and they prophesied also.
09-23:1†††† Then they told David, saying, Behold, the Philistines fight against Keilah, and they rob the threshingfloors.
09-23:7†††† And it was told Saul that David was come to Keilah. And Saul said, God hath delivered him into mine hand; for he is shut in, by entering into a town that hath gates and bars.
09-23:13††† Then David and his men, which were about six hundred, arose and departed out of Keilah, and went whithersoever they could go. And it was told Saul that David was escaped from Keilah; and he forbare to go forth.
09-23:22††† Go, I pray you, prepare yet, and know and see his place where his haunt is, and who hath seen him there: for it is told me that he dealeth very subtilly.
09-23:25††† Saul also and his men went to seek him. And they told David: wherefore he came down into a rock, and abode in the wilderness of Maon. And when Saul heard that, he pursued after David in the wilderness of Maon.
09-24:1†††† And it came to pass, when Saul was returned from following the Philistines, that it was told him, saying, Behold, David is in the wilderness of Engedi.

09-25:36††† And Abigail came to Nabal; and, behold, he held a feast in his house, like the feast of a king; and Nabalís heart was merry within him, for he was very drunken: wherefore she told him nothing, less or more, until the morning light.

10-10:5†††† When they told it unto David, he sent to meet them, because the men were greatly ashamed: and the king said, Tarry at Jericho until your beards be grown, and then return.
10-10:17††† And when it was told David, he gathered all Israel together, and passed over Jordan, and came to Helam. And the Syrians set themselves in array against David, and fought with him.
10-11:5†††† And the woman conceived, and sent and told David, and said, I am with child.
