10-11:11††† And Uriah said unto David, The ark, and Israel, and Judah, abide in tents; and my lord Joab, and the servants of my lord, are encamped in the open fields; shall I then go into mine house, to eat and to drink, and to lie with my wife? as thou livest, and as thy soul liveth, I will not do this thing.

13-21:23††† And Ornan said unto David, Take it to thee, and let my lord the king do that which is good in his eyes: lo, I give thee the oxen also for burnt offerings, and the threshing instruments for wood, and the wheat for the meat offering; I give it all.
14-2:14†††† The son of a woman of the daughters of Dan, and his father was a man of Tyre, skilful to work in gold, and in silver, in brass, in iron, in stone, and in timber, in purple, in blue, and in fine linen, and in crimson; also to grave any manner of graving, and to find out every device which shall be put to him, with thy cunning men, and with the cunning men of my lord David thy father.
14-2:15†††† Now therefore the wheat, and the barley, the oil, and the wine, which my lord hath spoken of, let him send unto his servants:
14-13:6†††† Yet Jeroboam the son of Nebat, the servant of Solomon the son of David, is risen up, and hath rebelled against his lord.
15-10:3†††† Now therefore let us make a covenant with our God to put away all the wives, and such as are born of them, according to the counsel of my lord, and of those that tremble at the commandment of our God; and let it be done according to the law.
19-12:4†††† Who have said, With our tongue will we prevail; our lips are our own: who is lord over us?
19-105:21†† He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance:
23-19:4†††† And the Egyptians will I give over into the hand of a cruel lord; and a fierce king shall rule over them, saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts.
23-21:8†††† And he cried, A lion: My lord, I stand continually upon the watchtower in the daytime, and I am set in my ward whole nights:
24-22:18††† Therefore thus saith the LORD concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah; They shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother! or, Ah sister! they shall not lament for him, saying, Ah lord! or, Ah his glory!
24-34:5†††† But thou shalt die in peace: and with the burnings of thy fathers, the former kings which were before thee, so shall they burn odours for thee; and they will lament thee, saying, Ah lord! for I have pronounced the word, saith the LORD.
24-37:20††† Therefore hear now, I pray thee, O my lord the king: let my supplication, I pray thee, be accepted before thee; that thou cause me not to return to the house of Jonathan the scribe, lest I die there.
24-38:9†††† My lord the king, these men have done evil in all that they have done to Jeremiah the prophet, whom they have cast into the dungeon; and he is like to die for hunger in the place where he is: for there is no more bread in the city.
27-1:10†††† And the prince of the eunuchs said unto Daniel, I fear my lord the king, who hath appointed your meat and your drink: for why should he see your faces worse liking than the children which are of your sort? then shall ye make me endanger my head to the king.
27-2:10†††† The Chaldeans answered before the king, and said, There is not a man upon the earth that can shew the kingís matter: therefore there is no king, lord, nor ruler, that asked such things at any magician, or astrologer, or Chaldean.
27-4:19†††† Then Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, was astonied for one hour, and his thoughts troubled him. The king spake, and said, Belteshazzar, let not the dream, or the interpretation thereof, trouble thee. Belteshazzar answered and said, My lord, the dream be to them that hate thee, and the interpretation thereof to thine enemies.
27-4:24†††† This is the interpretation, O king, and this is the decree of the most High, which is come upon my lord the king:
27-10:16††† And, behold, one like the similitude of the sons of men touched my lips: then I opened my mouth, and spake, and said unto him that stood before me, O my lord, by the vision my sorrows are turned upon me, and I have retained no strength.
27-10:17††† For how can the servant of this my lord talk with this my lord? for as for me, straightway there remained no strength in me, neither is there breath left in me.
27-10:19††† And said, O man greatly beloved, fear not: peace be unto thee, be strong, yea, be strong. And when he had spoken unto me, I was strengthened, and said, Let my lord speak; for thou hast strengthened me.
38-1:9††††† Then said I, O my lord, what are these? And the angel that talked with me said unto me, I will shew thee what these be.
38-4:4††††† So I answered and spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my lord?
38-4:5††††† Then the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord.
38-4:13†††† And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord.
38-6:4††††† Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord?
40-10:24††† The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord.
40-10:25††† It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?
40-18:25††† But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.
40-18:27††† Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt.
40-18:31††† So when his fellowservants saw what was done, they were very sorry, and came and told unto their lord all that was done.
40-18:32††† Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me:
40-18:34††† And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.
40-20:8†††† So when even was come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, Call the labourers, and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first.
40-21:40††† When the lord therefore of the vineyard cometh, what will he do unto those husbandmen?
40-24:45††† Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
40-24:46††† Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
40-24:48††† But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
40-24:50††† The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
40-25:19††† After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.
40-25:21††† His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
40-25:23††† His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
40-25:26††† His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:
41-12:9†††† What shall therefore the lord of the vineyard do? he will come and destroy the husbandmen, and will give the vineyard unto others.
42-12:36††† And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately.
42-12:37††† Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them.
42-12:42††† And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season?
42-12:43††† Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
42-12:45††† But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken;
42-12:46††† The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.
42-14:21††† So that servant came, and shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind.
42-14:23††† And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.
42-16:3†††† Then the steward said within himself, What shall I do? for my lord taketh away from me the stewardship: I cannot dig; to beg I am ashamed.
42-16:5†††† So he called every one of his lordís debtors unto him, and said unto the first, How much owest thou unto my lord?
42-16:8†††† And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light.
42-20:13††† Then said the lord of the vineyard, What shall I do? I will send my beloved son: it may be they will reverence him when they see him.
42-20:15††† So they cast him out of the vineyard, and killed him. What therefore shall the lord of the vineyard do unto them?
43-13:16††† Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.
43-15:15††† Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.
43-15:20††† Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.
44-25:26††† Of whom I have no certain thing to write unto my lord. Wherefore I have brought him forth before you, and specially before thee, O king Agrippa, that, after examination had, I might have somewhat to write.
48-4:1††††† Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all;
60-3:6††††† Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement.
