45-2:9 Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and
also of the Gentile;
45-2:10 But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that
worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:
01-10:5 By these
were the isles of the Gentiles
divided in their lands; every one after his tongue, after their families, in
the LORD sold them into the hand of Jabin king of Canaan,
that reigned in Hazor; the captain of whose host was Sisera, which dwelt in Harosheth of the Gentiles.
Sisera gathered together all his chariots, even
nine hundred chariots of iron, and all the people that were with him, from Harosheth of the Gentiles unto the river of Kishon.
Barak pursued after the chariots, and after the host, unto Harosheth of the Gentiles: and all the host of
Sisera fell upon the edge of the sword; and
there was not a man left.
in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of
the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek:
and his rest shall be glorious.
my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in
whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring
forth judgment to the Gentiles.
the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will
keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;
he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the
tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel:

ye shall be named the Priests of the LORD: men

ye boast yourselves.
their seed shall be known among the Gentiles, and their offspring among the people: all
that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which the
LORD hath blessed.
shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called
by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.
thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the
glory of the Gentiles
like a flowing stream: then shall ye suck, ye shall be borne upon her sides, and be dandled upon her knees.
I will set a sign among them, and I will send those that escape of them unto
the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and
Lud, that draw the bow, to Tubal, and
Javan, to the isles afar off, that have
not heard my fame, neither have seen my glory; and they shall declare my glory
among the Gentiles.
lion is come up from his thicket, and the destroyer of the Gentiles is on his way; he is gone
forth from his place to make thy land desolate; and thy cities shall be laid waste, without an inhabitant.
there any among the vanities of the Gentiles that can cause rain? or
can the heavens give showers? art not
thou he, O LORD our God? therefore we will wait upon thee: for thou hast made

LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the

first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge
yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.
44-13:47 For so
hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I
have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the
ends of the earth.
44-13:48 And when
heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as
were ordained to eternal life believed.
44-14:2 But the
unbelieving Jews stirred up the Gentiles, and made their minds evil affected against
44-14:5 And when
there was an assault made both of the Gentiles, and also of the Jews with their rulers, to
use them despitefully, and to stone
44-14:27 And when
they were come, and had gathered the church together, they rehearsed all that
God had done with them, and how he had opened the door of faith unto the Gentiles.

brought on their way by the church, they passed through Phenice and Samaria,
declaring the conversion of the Gentiles: and they caused great joy unto all the

there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good

the multitude kept silence, and gave audience to Barnabas and Paul, declaring
what miracles and wonders God had wrought among the Gentiles by them.

sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God:

they opposed themselves, and blasphemed, he shook his raiment, and said unto them, Your blood be upon your own heads; I am clean:
from henceforth I will go unto the Gentiles.
44-21:11 And when he
was come unto us, he took Paul’s girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and
said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man
that owneth this girdle, and shall deliver him
into the hands of the Gentiles.
44-21:19 And when
he had saluted them, he declared particularly what things God had wrought among
the Gentiles by

are informed of thee, that thou teachest all the Jews which are among the Gentiles to forsake Moses, saying
that they ought not to circumcise their children,
neither to walk after the customs.
touching the Gentiles
which believe, we have written and concluded
that they observe no such thing, save only that they keep themselves from things offered to idols, and from blood,
and from strangled, and from fornication.
44-22:21 And he
said unto me, Depart: for I will send thee far hence unto the Gentiles.

44-26:20 But shewed
first unto them of Damascus, and at
Jerusalem, and throughout all the
coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles,
that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.
Christ should suffer, and that he
should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto

44-28:28 Be it known
therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it.

would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto
you, (but was let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also, even
as among other Gentiles.
45-2:14 For when
which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these,
having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
45-2:24 For the name
of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.
then? are we better than they? No, in
no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;
45-3:29 Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:
45-9:24 Even us,
whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?
shall we say then? That the Gentiles,
which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even
the righteousness which is of faith.
45-11:11 I say then,
Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.
45-11:12 Now if the
fall of them be the riches of the
world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?
45-11:13 For I
speak to you Gentiles,
inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:
45-11:25 For I
would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should
be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel,
until the fulness of the Gentiles be
45-15:9 And that
might glorify God for his mercy; as
it is written, For this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy name.
45-15:10 And again
he saith, Rejoice, ye Gentiles,
with his people.
45-15:11 And again,
Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles;
and laud him, all ye people.
45-15:12 And again,
Esaias saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign
over the Gentiles; in
him shall the Gentiles
45-15:16 That I
should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the
offering up of the Gentiles
might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Ghost.
45-15:18 For I will
not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to

obedient, by word and deed,

pleased them verily; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers
of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal

went to Mahanaim: but he came down to meet me at Jordan, and I sware to him by
the LORD, saying, I will not put thee to death with the sword.
the sons of Bela were, Addar, and Gera, and Abihud,
and Shephuphan, and Huram.
Naaman, and Ahiah, and Gera, he removed them, and begat
Uzza, and Ahihud.
02-30:13 This they shall give, every one that
passeth among them that are numbered, half a shekel after the shekel of the
sanctuary: (a shekel is twenty gerahs:) an half shekel shall be the offering of the LORD.
03-27:25 And all
thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.
shalt even take five shekels apiece by the poll, after the shekel of the
sanctuary shalt thou take them: (the
shekel is twenty gerahs:)
04-18:16 And those
that are to be redeemed from a month old shalt thou redeem, according to thine
estimation, for the money of five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary,
which is twenty gerahs.
the shekel shall be twenty gerahs: twenty shekels, five and twenty shekels,
fifteen shekels, shall be your maneh.
01-10:19 And the
border of the Canaanites was from Sidon, as thou comest to Gerar, unto Gaza; as thou goest,
unto Sodom, and Gomorrah, and Admah, and Zeboim, even unto Lasha.
Abraham journeyed from thence toward the south country, and dwelled between
Kadesh and Shur, and sojourned in Gerar.
Abraham said of Sarah his wife, She is my
sister: and Abimelech king of Gerar sent, and took Sarah.

was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of
Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar.

Asa and the people that were with him
pursued them unto Gerar: and
the Ethiopians were overthrown, that they could not recover themselves; for
they were destroyed before the LORD, and before his host; and they carried away
very much spoil.
they smote all the cities round about Gerar; for the fear of the LORD came upon them: and
they spoiled all the cities; for there was exceeding much spoil in them.
40-8:28 And when
he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils,
coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that

shall come to pass, when the LORD thy God hath brought thee in unto the land whither
thou goest to possess it, that thou shalt put the blessing upon mount Gerizim, and the curse upon mount

their families out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of
Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in
Bashan, thirteen cities.
the sons of Gershom were given out of the family of the half
tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan with her suburbs, and
Ashtaroth with her suburbs:
13-15:7 Of the sons of Gershom; Joel the
chief, and his brethren an hundred and thirty:
sons of Moses were, Gershom, and Eliezer.

Shebuel was the chief.
Shebuel the son of Gershom, the
son of Moses, was ruler of the
the sons of Phinehas; Gershom: of the
sons of Ithamar; Daniel: of the sons of David; Hattush.
01-46:11 And the
sons of Levi; Gershon,
Kohath, and Merari.
02-6:16 And these are the names of the sons of Levi according to their generations; Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari:
and the years of the life of Levi were an
hundred thirty and seven years.
02-6:17 The sons of Gershon; Libni, and Shimi, according to their families.
04-3:17 And these
were the sons of Levi by their names; Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari.
04-3:18 And these
are the names of the sons of Gershon by their families; Libni,
04-3:21 Of Gershon was the family of the Libnites, and the family of the Shimites:
these are the families of the
04-3:25 And the
charge of the sons of Gershon in
the tabernacle of the congregation shall
be the tabernacle, and the tent, the covering thereof, and the hanging for
the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
04-4:22 Take also the sum of the sons of Gershon, throughout the houses of their fathers, by their families;
04-4:28 This is the service of the families of the
sons of Gershon in
